The European automotive platform

European Auto Service.
Simply Done Better.

Alloy Automotive Partners is forging the nation's leading European automotive service platform, built on top talent, transparent pricing, and a genuinely better experience for every driver we serve.

About us

To elevate car care by forging transparency, convenience, and quality, so you can enjoy your ride.

Auto repair earned a reputation as a grungy, greasy business that customers never quite understood. Our partnership formed around a single question: Why? Alloy exists to answer it, rolling out the red carpet at every visit and proving that independent service can outshine the dealership.

The vision

Two sides of the industry, forged into one.

Alloy began when two innovative operators joined forces with a shared desire to change how customers see automotive repair. Ryan brought the efficiency, technical mastery, and elevated amenities of the dealership world. Ashleigh brought operational excellence, steady leadership, and the customer-centric urgency of the independent space.

With two decades of combined experience from both sides of the industry, they built a new, proven model that's setting the standard today: take care of people, always do the right thing, and provide the highest-quality experience available anywhere.

The platform

A proven model, built on three pillars.

We're the first and only platform rolling up the European repair segment, with a goal to grow past 100 locations and become the country's first nationwide European chain.

Saying Yes

We remove obstacles and address pain points to earn a customer's lifetime business. Appointments available today and a team that's easy to work with: transparent pricing, no initial diagnostic fees, and an anytime script that keeps the pipeline full.

Top Talent

The density of knowledge in our group is what truly sets us apart. Where most independents employ one Master Technician, we retain four to eight per location, armed with factory tooling to deliver dealership-level service.

Volume

We run our facilities at higher volume, measuring gross-profit dollars over percentages. Higher car counts win market share and build a durable, profitable platform: dealership quality without the dealership experience.

Planning an exit?

If you've built something great, let's talk about protecting its legacy and structuring a transition that works on your terms.

Explore partnering

Partnerships

Your legacy, in good hands.

Many of the best independent shops are owned by people nearing retirement, with no clear succession plan. We partner with owners who want to step back without letting go of everything they built.

Preserve your legacy

You spent years building a reputation and a team. We protect what makes your shop yours: the people, the culture, the trust. And we give it room to grow.

Flexible exit, on your terms

Full sale, gradual transition, or partial stake: we structure the deal around your timeline and your goals, not a one-size-fits-all template.

Your team, taken care of

Industry-leading pay, real career paths, and the tooling top technicians want. When we acquired Eurosport, the whole team already wanted to work for us, so the owner called and said, "why don't you just buy it?"
